This is second time I visited this place. There is really not much to see. You walk over a bridge to a building that was placed under the water & can see underwater life. There is a 10 minute seal show....nothing spectacular. There are some turtles & stingrays. Kind of boring.....+ a small aquarium. Waste of money unless you want... More

We did the Turtle Encounter, which I booked online a few months ahead. When the Disney Magic docked in St. Thomas we grabbed a bus/taxi and were off. I printed out my excursion tickets at home and had no problems whatsoever. I've been to the turtle farm in Grand Cayman on another cruise, but this was a much better experience... More

This attraction is next to Coki beach and while mildly entertaining is really geared towards families. Also the key water sports, helmet diving, nautilus, etc. were closed the day we visited. We did like the ecological side of the operation, In particular speaking with one of the staff regarding the three rescued turtles. At first we felt bad thinking they... More

Caution on pre-booking before you get there! We booked a snuba dive and 2 shark experiences over the phone. Making sure first that we would enjoy such an experience, and that it wasn't just for the youth, but for the youthful at heart as well. We were assured this was definitely for both. When we arrived, we quickly realized that... More

Had pre-booked a day @ Coral World a week before we left the states. Made reservations for the SNUBA session & their semi submarine ride. Unfortunately the weather was not very cooperative our entire trip to St Thomas. The day we went to Coral World, the seas were too rough & all of the under water activities were cancelled. We... I think people are too hard on this place. It's a fun little aquarium at the beach! You can't compare it to a big metropolitan aquarium. The underwater observatory is pretty cool, as is the shark tank. They also had a sea lion presentation when we went which my daughter just loved. We went during "Reef Fest", so our admission... More

Coral World was awesome! My daughter (4), myself (30s) and my mom (50s) all thought it was the best excursion we had the whole cruise. We spent about 5 hours at Coral World and the attached beach (Coki Point Beach) and did not see the whole facility. My daughter's favorite was the touch pools and the stingrays, which you are... 2 birds with one stone. Coral World in the morning & Coki Beach in the afternoon. They are right next to each other. Both have reasonably priced beach food.

I enjoyed going through coral world, but did not really take too long to go through the whole place, 2 hours you can see most things. Not sure it was worth the $20, but this is St Thomas and $20 does not buy much, so maybe it is a fair price.

My inner child was satisfied with this visit. It was a horribly rainy day but we saw an entire fish tank of 50,000 gal of water with an array of fish being fed by hand, shark feeding and training, Sea Lion show, Natural coral reef viewing, and lorakeet cages. Sea turtles and stingrays rounded out our soggy day. Well worth... More
