This place is a little hidden behind the cruise ship terminal. Follow the signs painted on the wall outside the security area on the right hand side. It is small but well worth it. A $10 fee gains admittance to a nice garden area. They hatch several types of butterflies and we had a great time seeking out the various... More

Most accessible butterfly garden I have ever seen. Great variety. Tour guide explains the habits and life of the butterflies, and shows butterflies emerging from their crysalis. Good gift shop also.

We went to the butterfly garden on January 19th/2016. It is within walking distance of the cruise terminal and worth the $12.00 admission. The 2 ladies working that day were very knowledgable and helpful on our visit. Butterflies were abundant and very colorful.

One landed on my grandson's neck, he said it tickled! I have never seen him stand so still, EVER! We will be back on their... More

The garden is right across from where the cruise ships dock. They re hatching new ones every day. You can view the cocoons hanging from the ceiling of a glass cabinet. When the emerge, they drop down onto a towel. The attendant takes them out to dry as they cannot as they cannot fly until the wings dry. She let... More

If you like butterflies you'll like it. It was in a odd spot at the end of the dock but had lots of parking. Staff seem ed to be very passionate and knowledgeable about their butterflies.

Loved, loved, loved this attraction just a short walk from cruise dock. While it's a small attraction, they present a very informative program on the many different butterflies they breed and release right into the beautiful garden. The two ladies giving the program were charming, and gave great insight into the life cycle of the butterflies that had hatched just... More
