Had a great time with Captain Al and Mate Megan. Their boat was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Al and Megan were professional, friendly, hard working, and full of interesting facts about the areas we visited, from their ancient histories to the most recent things going on. We told them we would see them next year.

Highly recommend this boat and trip - Stormy Petrel. Worth every penny. Great captain, Jug - very knowledgeable and informative about the islands, history, and stories. And great "first mate", Meagan - kept an eye on everyone to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Both are very friendly and accommodating. Perfect day trip including the drinks along... We thoroughly enjoyed the day.....these boats are small enough (we had only 9 guests with maybe a capacity of only 12) that it doesn't feel like you will get lost in the crowd. The crew (Perry and Dena) were very informative and helpful. The Baths on Virgin Gorda are unique and impressive.....a must see.....especially if your guides were as informative... More

We had a great day on the Stormy Petrel with Captain Jug. If you are looking to see multiple islands in one day I highly recommend their tour. The Bathes on Virgin Gorda are unique and worth the trip. With only a dozen people on board we didn't feel crowded. Great stop for food on the way back at Cooper... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our day aboard Stormy Petrel and recommend it highly! The route these boats take is perfect - we got to boat for a while, enjoy snorkeling and cave/grotto touring at The Baths, eat lunch at a wonderfully private bar/restaurant on Cooper Island, then snorkel some more. Our crew - Tug & Meagan - were terrific. Tug passionately... More

This is a fantastic way to get initiated to the BVIs. We stayed in St. John and chose the Stormy Petrel charter for a family day trip. The crew (Capt Jug and first mate Meagan) was terrific. They were very hospitable, fun, and eager to share their knowledgeable of the islands. My 14 and 11 year old sons had a... More

We went on our adventure Saturday 1/3/15 and we had an awesome time. The emails I exchanged with Al immediately put me at ease that we'd chosen the right company to do this tour with. He was informative, helped me choose the right tour and assured me we hadn't chosen a "Booze Cruise"-type adventure. The boat was clean, stocked and... More

The boat trip was from about 7:30-4. The boat has a limit of 12 people which turned out to be nice. Not only did it give me a chance to talk to everyone on the boat but there wasn’t a lot of time spent getting on/off the boat at each island. This trip visited Tortola, Virgin Gorda/The Baths, Cooper island,... More

We were traveling with ages 16-65 and I booked this separately from the cruise line so I was a bit nervous. Al was great because he called me several times to make recommendations and take an order for lunch that they picked up. Our captain, Jug, and mate, Meghan, were knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. The Bloody Mary and Rum Punch... More

Captain Al and Thomas made this day trip extra special. The boat was clean and in great condition. The crew was friendly and did a fabulous job telling us about the sights, history and lore. The cruise coved both the USVI & BVI. They handled all the customs issues seamlessly. They radioed ahead so lunch was ready when we arrived... More
