The trip is awesome. It is calm, relaxed, Jim is awesome, the food is good, and the drinks are good (and plentiful). The trip takes you to a secluded beach, literally this beach was a mile long and there are about 6 people on it, of perfect white sand and snorkeling all over. On the boat, Jim has some bean... More

After reading several reviews on tripadvisor, sailing with Captain Jim on the Jester seemed like a must do, and let me tell you it was. My boyfriend and I went our first full day in St Thomas and it started our trip off just right. The food, the drinks and the tunes were great! Where Jim took us to snorkel... More

We love to visit St. John but this was our first sail to the private beaches. Captain Jim and first mate were a great host and cooked up an awesome lunch on the boat's outdoor grill. The sailboat was terrific and easily accessible for people of all ages - even after many "Jester Juices". Our family ranged from 18-72. Convenient... More

On our last day in St. Thomas we took this sailing tour with Captain Jim. The sailing was both beautiful and peaceful. It was a wonderfully relaxing way to end our week. The snorkeling at Honeymoon Beach in St John was terrific, with almost 2 dozen different fish to be seen, beautiful undersea coral formations, and even a turtle. Captain... More

My girlfriend and I booked with Captain Jim over the internet for a daysail during our stop in St. Thomas off the Carnival Glory. We weren't getting in to St. Thomas until 10AM so Jim agreed to make the sail 11AM even though we weren't booking the whole ship, but just for the two of us. When I called to... More

Awesome day, its the best way to kick back and see the beautiful Island scenary. We went swimming and snokeling in some of the beautiful waters. Its just a real relaxing day. The food is great. We had some delicioius marinated grilled chicken, and some great homemade salsa and chips as a snack in the afternoon. It seems like everyone... More

Jim is a great Captain and fabulous cook! Take your camera for this ride! I will definetly be giving Captain Jim a... More

My girlfriend and I booked our day sail on Monday, July 27. As he suggested, I called Cory a day ahead of time and arranged transportation from the pier to Point Pleasant, where the boat is docked. He was very nice and walked us right down to the launch point. Captain Jim was away, so Captain Roy, Moe, and Dave... More

After talking to us and getting to know our interests, Capt. Jim and crew knew that our sailing day needed to be centered around snorkeling. They knew all the best sites and were extremely helpful in every way. They even took us into St. John so we could get a little extra shopping time in. But what really put the... More

First we called Cory The taxi driver that Jim recommened to pick us up. It costs $11pp. Even if you take a regular taxi it costs $11. It was expensive for 6 people. It takes about 25 to 30 min from the cruise ship dock. He took us on a scenic tour of the island so we can take pictures.... More
