shallow water and great visibility. My kids loved the dive and it was a great start to their diving careers. We saw tons of fish and two small sharks. I look forward to our next visit and taking this dive again. what a Great day!

A nice reef dive. I have done it a few times. The quality of the dive will depend on who you dive with. I dive frequently with Aqua Marine and they are exceptional.Other dive shops rush you through or have mediocre equipment.

The reef at cow has swim-throughs that includes one called the Chamagne Cork that has a vertical exit that the surge above pulls you out like a cork.

Had a great dive with Red Hook Divers. This spot is recommended for beginners as it is easy and beautiful. Only caution is don't do the swim throughs without a dive master.

Hadn't done a swim through rock tunnel before but it was exciting. Loads of rock formations to see, sea turtles feeding. Currents were pretty strong when we dove the spot and visibility was maybe 10-20 feet. We are novice and did just fine with a great dive master, so give it a try !!

Check out Aqua Marine for scuba diving at Cow and Calf rocks. Must take a boat to this dive spot. Beautiful swim under rocks and canyons. Beautiful fish and reefs. Great dive spot!

Has cool caves and canyons. Lots of beautiful sea life. We saw two sea turtles up close! There is a significant wave surge at times. There is something called champagne cork which is a cave that pops you out at the top. It's great fun but a little scary your first time, so I would recommend going with a dive... More

I dove Cow and Calf with Red Hood Dive Center. This is an excellent dive to see awesome coral, sharks, sea turtles, and some great short underwater caves. It was a relatively shallow dive around ~50 ft. but that is all you need. I would definitely recommend trying this fun dive.

I did a dive at Cow and Calf with Water World and had a great experience. I wouldn't send a novice or a snorkeler here. The waves at the surface are rough and there were fairly strong surges even down low. The coral is healthy and colorful here and the pass throughs are amazing. I must have hit it just... More

I seem to do this dive every year. Always a good spot. I love going thru the cave and up the "blow hole"
