Love Brewer's Bay - it is by far our favorite St. Thomas beach. Has decent bathrooms, food trucks and lot's of great beachcombing too. Good snorkeling on the left side (as you face the sea) and plenty of shady mangroves to escape the sun!

Brewers Bay is near the airport, but has a very nice westward view out over the Caribbean. We found some good rock formations to snorkel around, ate a lunch of local Jonnie Cake, Passion Fruit juice, Coconut Cake and fresh almonds under a shade tree on one visit, and watched the sun set over the west end of St Thomas... Mostly locals hang out here so a nice place to avoid the massive crowds (like found at Magan's) on cruise ship days. Stunning calm water and the best place to find shells and sea glass that I found on the island. There are a few food truck on the street otherwise bring a cooler.

Stopped here to grab some final afternoon sun, before catching our flight. The beach is very close to the airport. It was basically deserted. (besides the four of us, I think there were 2 or 3 other people on the beach and few people hanging out up near the street.) There are no real amenities to speak of. (there may... More

The beach is excellent white sand. The water is beautiful. There were only three other people. There were two food trucks if you needed something, we did not. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Recommend highly.

Adjacent to the airport. Very few tourists and one food truck on the road. Does have restrooms, picnic tables, and shaded areas. Gentle surf and a favorite of locals--nice, maintained beach.

this beach is very close to the university of the VI and airport and has a very large beach, with beautiful calm waters. the day we visited, it was almost deserted, with the exception of a few other individuals. plenty of shells to find and the snorkeling was okay. there is no food here, except for the food trucks (try... This is a very nice beach just west of the airport on Rt 30 West. It is the beach you can seen from the end of the runway when leaving. Very quiet beach, little wave action so it is great for younger children. This is more of a local beach than a tourist beach. There is a nice beachhouse to... More

This beach was certainly mostly locals the day we were there but still a lot of fun. No lifeguard present as other's have mentioned and the only food was local food trucks, which we did not take advantage of. It was somewhat rocky but the waves were nice and gentle and we enjoyed out afternoon. Parking can be a bit... More

Snorkeling, saw a ray. Quiet beach where the locals seem to come. So many beaches here on the islands. Each has its' own uniqueness. this has lots of parking and few people. Whoever we met seemed to be locals or those temporary workers. All good! and beautiful sunset!
