We didn't come for the food, we came for the pigs! We came right at closing time on July 4th. (They were closing early -- they take their Independence Day celebrations seriously in St. Croix!) As instructed, we bought two beers for the pigs, a beer for me, and an eye-crossing "Mama Wanna" for my husband (I was driving). The... More

We rented car from pier by cruise ships and mapped our way to the hidden bar in rainforest. Our 13 year old son wanted to see the beer drinking pigs. They were fun to see and really do put away non alcoholic beer and even crush the cans for recycling. The bar served good local food and ice cold drinks... More

Stopped in to show our family the pigs. Always a fun stop for a unique encounter. Also can get a cold drink and visit with Millie who owns the local craft shop on the property. She is very talented and is such a pleasure to talk with.

We had heard so many awesome things about this place and we were sad to find our experience did not live up to it. The menu included only one item for each day- our day happened to be cheeseburgers which while very large were not enjoyable. They were seasoned too strongly and we're over cooked to the point of crumbling.... More

Ok so this was a total touristy thing to do but was fun anyhow. I would suggest it if you are headed this way. The pigs really do get rather excited when they see you coming with a can of beer which by the way they open themselves and drink every last drop!

We loved the environment... Truly original!!! A place where locals go... Norma and Jenny work hard to make sure you have a great experience. Loved the Johnnie Cakes! It is a simple place.. Great local atmosphere... A must stop if you enjoy "simple and original"

Took my daughter to the Domino Club- she likes pigs. We had so much fun seeing the pigs and giving them the NA beer you could purchase. Nice staff. The pigs are huge! Note- if its raining you cant go see the pigs.

take your own drink of choice, order a couple beers for the pigs, pay your dollar to see them drink those beers and LEAVE!!!! the pigs were unique for that 2 minutes of fun, the bar itself kinda cool. the food was beyond awful, tasted terrible, served in a non-rushed hour and a half, servings miniscule, server rude when questioned... Seemed like an odd trip to make into the Rainforest to see some jumbo beer guzzling pigs and drink at the bar (yummy homemade spiced rum!), but well worth it! Nothing else like this anyplace! A chance to get off the gorgeous beach awhile, have a drink, and experience something hysterical.

We stopped in for lunch and happened to get "Burger Day". The burgers were absolutely delicious and the Mamawanna is definitely a must try. Be sure to visit the beer drinking pigs (quite entertaining and don't worry, you feed them non-alcoholic beer). Definitely a must see stop for those visiting St. Croix.
