My wife and I, along with five friends, did the bioluminescent bay tour one evening. Since we were an odd number group, I took a single-person kayak. As the other reviews will tell you, the kayaks are pedal-powered and steering is easily done by turning a handle. If you can pedal a bike, you can do this, and you should!... More

It was an unusual experience with surprisingly bright bioluminescence. We had plenty of time to enjoy the sights and we were able to jump into the water and directly experience this. I highly recommend this.

Do not miss this experience if you're in St. Croix! Bryan and John were so informative and fun - I learned a lot! We didn't get to meet Jill as she was busy with family in town, but we communicated via email when I booked the tour, and she was wonderfully helpful, as well. I'd only kayaked once before and... The best!! A night tour was both different and the bio aspect made it very interesting. The hospitality, informative narrative & the tour itself was top notch. Did I say it was the best?

You can only go when it is really dark--a few nights near the new moon, and there only 6 bays like this left in the Caribbean. Brian and Jill are great, their kayaks are awesome peddle powered Hobies, and they are very interested and knowledgable about history, conservation, and pre-Columbian art and artifacts. So far, they still allow you to... More

Booking was easy with Jill! The tour is simply amazing and unreal! The unique hobbie kayak makes it such a pleasure! We were a group of 3 and they let us do a double and single kayak while all other companies make you ride with a stranger. Great group here and money well spent!!!

I would definitely recommend this activity for all ages. I was reluctant to go, because I had never kayaked before. Jill put my fears and rest and assured me it would be easy....and... More

Cruise Passengers READ ON! Book direct with this group, not with the ship. Excellent price and value for money. Hobbies with their 'pedal power' are ideal for this area (ocean, estuary and bay) even for the elderly. Brian and staff will delight you with their enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment to the area. Plenty of time to enjoy the wildlife, landscape... More
