My wife and I recently returned from Turks & Caicos, which was our second trip to the island. After our first trip there two years ago, I told her I would not return until I was scuba-certified. Well, I finished my PADI certification in Texas one week before this last trip and, after much research into diving shops in Provo,... More

The girl behind the desk (sorry forgot her name) tried to dissuade us from kayaking to iguana island because the wind and tide were going to be against us on the way back. I'm glad we didn't listen but man we certainly worked our butts off on the way back. Great paddle and worth the trip to the island just... More

The trip is suitable for the whole family and beginners. We had a range of ages and experience level in our group. Our guide, Michael was very knowledgable and generous with his time taking us back into the cay to try and see baby sharks. The triangular route takes you into mangrove channels, over to Little Water Cay for a... More

We went kayaking with Big Blue. They keep their groups small because they want you to learn about the ecology of the area and hopefully you will see cool stuff. We did going over to the nature preserve and then the iguana island. They have tandem and solo kayaks. The tides and currents are a little tricky but our guide,... More

We did the kayaking tour and Rice was super knowledgeable about the area and fun. I have to say that their main priority was safety, which made us feel good on the tour, especially going so far from the dock. the private island we went to was very cool and he even surprised us with fruit and brownies!

We did the snorkel 1/2 day and the kayak 1/2 day over two days and enjoyed both immensely. The professional staff made it fun for all. The snorkel drive was like swimming in coral reef exhibit at Chicago's Shedd Aquarium, complete with a 5 foot nurse shark, sea turtle and barracuda. The mangrove kayak trip was serene. Big Blue does... More

Dave is an excellent dive master. LIzzie, Amanda, and Brent made for great, safe diving in a wonderful part of the world.

We have been diving with Big Blue for over 10 years now. They are the best! Did three 2-tank dives. Nice and small groups go out. Very personable. I missed diving with Lynn, but Dave, Brent, Lizzie and Tom were great! Keep up the great job and I hope to make it down in February one year.

We did the Stand Up Paddleboard Tour and it was excellent. It turned out that our tour was a private one. Ray our guide, made our excursion fun and educational. It was a little challenging at first, but Ray was there with guidance every step of the way. We were able to see the mangroves and the wildlife up close.... More

I am a new diver. Just 8 open dives under my belt. When I go diving, I like to feel supremely confident that the guides know what they are doing, do not push beyond my comfort zone (but are encouraging as I become more emboldened and curious), and are mindful of safety. I took a refresher course (an hour or... More
