Description: Our signature spa arrival experience includes a cooling welcome towel...
Our signature spa arrival experience includes a cooling welcome towel saturated in cold water with a signature essential oil blend of lavender, clove, eucalyptus and grapefruit. We offer cold and hot organic teas while the guest experiences a scent journey in preparation for their transformational spa experience. The spa also celebrates food through a healthy lunch menu offered from our award winning restaurant Parallel 23, a culinary experience not to be missed. The cuisine is simple, incorporating fresh healthy ingredients that serve to renew physical and mental energy, and allow creativity and spirit to enhance every meal. In addition we have male and female sauna, steam rooms, and outdoor showers. Our relaxation area is an open area with Taj Mahal inspired reflecting pool that transports you to an oasis of tranquility as you enjoy the cool breeze of the Caribbean, blissful water sounds, and sense of place created by the beautiful colonial architecture and tropical landscape of the Spa facility.Every spa experience is unique and customized to our guests needs. Our treatment menu highlights 4 signature experiences merging Eastern and Western ingredients and modalities. Our signature Caribbean services were created exclusively for the Spa including the Mother of Pearl which includes a crushed conch polish performed in our Vichy Shower room and the Zareeba, an authentically Caribbean ritual which incorporates mediation, a unique steam detox experience with a massage. The newly added eastern modalities include the Soothing Escape, an Asian inspired foot ritual with reflexology and Pearl and Water Lily Passage, a truly full body experience with both a facial and hormonal balancing body treatment.

What an intense journey! We enjoyed a couples Signature Journey at The Spa and it delivered just as the brochure said it would. The Zareeba is a treatment like no other. If you are looking for something different, take a chance...it was great! The spa and staff were amazing as well. We would return in a heart beat!

On April 11th, the receptionist (filipina) greeted us perfectly upon our arrival as usual. We have been there a few times before and she recognized us immediately. The waiting staff in the locker rooms were good and the facilities were very clean. We booked a couples massage (one of the massages was prenatal). I couldn't use the sauna or steam... More

This is a luxurious spa and frankly one of the best hotel based spas I've been too. The setting is elegant and tranquil. The service and changing facilities were first class. Enjoyed the 90 minute Balinese massage and it was spectacular. Felt amazing afterwards. Next time I'm going to do this at the front end of my vacation so I... More

The Regent Palms spa was amazing, the service I had was top notch and the spa itself is huge. The spa is beautiful and the treatment rooms are each their own building. Plan extra time to enjoy the entire spa. Highly recommend so peaceful. FYI -- I did have a problem making my appointment, the spa never answered their phone... More

The service was terrible and the massage was very soft and so was the salt scrub. The sauna was broken also. When we asked the spa manger for a refund, she told us that her spa is great and we are wrong. I told her this is a service business and the customer was very unhappy. she did not care.... More

Best massage and seaweed wrap ever. I normally get a massage at least once a month and this one will be hard to top. Only complaint was I couldn't understand spa attendant but that's minor

This was my second trip to the spa having been before in 2008 with my family. This visit, my girlfriends and I booked treatments so to melt the stress away of work and the overall busyness of life. We were able to find specials since we were there in the off peak season. I chose the Tropical Rain Treatment which... More

Didn't stay at the resort just visited the Spa and I must say I enjoyed it more than others I've been to! I had an hour massage...............that felt like 90 minutes! Followed by the steam room and the sauna! The resort is so peaceful and relaxing and the people are so nice especially Stephanie, the Spa Manager who just happened... More
