Beautiful peaceful bay and beach

Back in a neighborhood, beautiful sandy shallow beach quiet! Very few parking spots, no amenities. Beautiful place to watch the sunset.

The drive to Taylor Bay is beautiful in itself - and if you are staying on the busy side of the island, these are parts you are not likely to see otherwise. Have a local explain how to get there - it is not on the Grace Bay side of the island. Parking is tricky, but not too bad. When... More

Knee deep turquoise water - a paradise for young children. We as adults enjoyed it too - shallow but we do not swim out too far anyway. It was very hard to find and parking was an issue. Was worth it for us because the beach at our hotel at Grace Bay was not really suitable for our son to... More

I have been to Hawaii several times, and although more tropical, it pales in comparison to the beauty of the crystal clear water and the soft sandy beach at Taylor Bay. It was a little hard to find, but well worth the trouble. There is very little shade available, and no amenities. But even with the sun bearing down, the... More

Amazingly soft sand and shallow waters make this a great place for kids and people who want to get away from the crowds and commercialisation of the normal Caribbean beaches. Take a cooler and an umbrella and your day will be perfect!

It's a small shallow bay and since my husband doesn't like very shallow water we didn't stay. It took forever to find, and once there it was underwhelming. Very crowded too at that time, I guess it has been "discovered".

This beach is beautiful and the water is very shallow and goes on forever. The colours are absolutely amazing. Parking is limited since it is along side a street of which part of it has "no parking" signs. There is a little path you need to walk down to get to the beach (not obvious if you don't know where... Very difficult to find. When you do find it, there is very limited parking. great for little kids! Very, VERY shallow. Adults really cannot swim here. There are way more beautiful beaches than this one. Save your time!!!

When you find it which is slightly difficult and walk the path toward the beach and then see it you just stop in your tracks. The whitest sand and bluest water you will see. You can walk out into the water for hundreds of feet and only up to your knees. WOW is all i can say. A must see.

beautiful beach, perfect!!!! could lay here for hours on end looking at the view..... is a must :) we found it whilst travelling on scooters, wasn't too hard to find - once you reach the industrial estate you've gone too far (sounds awful the bay is just beautiful beyond words)
