I liked it, it was fun and i saw lots of fish and coral and cute little turtles and the tour guide was nice but for some reason i felt nauseous and got a headache.

This tour had something for everyone! We saw plenty of jellyfish and sea turtles, plus two rays, several reefs, and lots of tropical fish. We also had a special visit from the mermaid, Bella. This small operation goes out of its way to offer a memorable experience. I especially recommend going during the heat of the day. You'll be cool... More

This tour was absolutely amazing, spectacular, great value for money, and loads of fun! My extended family and I travel annually to the Turks and Caicos and we always take a trip on the Undersea Explorer. It never fails to fulfill our expectations! The staff members are always bright, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! We always see a variety of sea... More

$260 for 2 adults and 2 kids - overpriced for the experience in my opinion. I didn't have a great experience. When we first went downstairs to the submarine part of the boat I though the fumes from the engine were pretty strong but it didn't seem to be bothering anyone else so I just tried to ignore it. I... Thank you for your comments and I am sorry that you did not appear to enjoy the tour. You were obviously doing the Mermaid Adventure to indulge your children's fantasies so I was pleased to read that they enjoyed it. However, I would just comment that the exhaust fumes from the generator do not go anywhere near the air conditioning... More

The tour was ok, but the price was way too high at $70 each for adults. I would spend your money elsewhere and recommend the 1/2 day snorkel tours. Undersea Explorer is geared towards very young children and to me, was a complete waste of time and money.

Thank you for your comments and we do know that we are never going to please everyone; I am sorry that you did not appear to enjoy the semi-submarine tour, but the tours are aimed at trying to please as many people as possible. This is why there are 2 different tours, the Mermaid Adventure and the Turtle Reef Adventure.... More

Let me start with the fact that my husband and I like to get a good deal for anything we buy, and I was very hesitant to pay around $200 for an hour boat ride. I'm so happy I did! We have two kids, ages 5 and (almost) 2, and a long snorkeling adventure was just out of the question... More

We did this tour on our first full vacation day. It's a great way to explore the ocean without even getting your feet wet. One hour tour; right in Turtle Cove Marina.

We weren't sure what to expect other than it came highly recommended by our rental company. We were not disappointed. Our group of 15 filled the submersible but we didn't feel overly cramped. It was nice and cool inside. Our guide, Coral, was very knowledgeable and got the kids very excited about the adventure. We saw many different types of... More

We just returned from our vacation in Turks and Caicos and during our stay we were recommended the Undersea Explorer. It was great, my 3 year old absolutely loved it. The guide was very attentive and ensured that my daughter was fully engaged spotting Bella the Mermaid, turtles and the huge variety of fish. The Captain was quite a character... More

Today we had a great trip with our kids (4, 3, 1 yr old), watching sea life with the undersea explorer. With a very enthousiastic story of our nice tour guide, seeing turtles and many bright coloured fished, it has been an unforgetable experience for both kids and children! Thank you, dankjewel!
