You are seated in the lower observatory and each person has their very own large viewing window, through which you will see lots of different types of fish. You never know, maybe a turtle will swim by while the tour guide gives a running commentary of the whole trip. It’s a great way to see the underwater world without getting wet. « less

We've been to Provo a number of times and this was our first trip with UnderSea Explorers.. What a great experience, We were, at first, a bit uncertain of the cost given that there were 6 of us, however, it was well worth the money. No sea sickness, but 20 Sea Turtles. We will be back, and UnderSea Explorers will... More

This tour is designed for people who cannot swim, snorkel, or scuba. If you have the ability to do any of the three then skip the tour. We took our extended family of young children and grandparents on this tour. They very much enjoyed being able to see the reef this way. The rest of us knew what they were... More

It was atypically windy most of the week our family visited in March, 2012. Snorkling could be difficult when the water was choppy, so I decided to see the reef in this semi-submersible. We saw a lot of beautiful sea turtles, fish, and coral. More

I am happy to swim and snorkel, and dive in the water, my folks are not. I didn't want them to miss an opportunity to visit the reef and fish life in the Turks and Caicos islands. My folks are easy going, fun loving people who like to be "on" rather than "in" the water, and they had the best... More

I was a llittle nervous at first because I have clausterphobia, but the beauty of the reef soon distracted me from any fear. Captain Alastair and Hostess Betty were delightful hosts for our adventure. Betty is very knowledgable about the fish and the reef. We saw numerous types of fish and many turtles. It was just the right amount of... More

We took this trip as we have a four year old who is too young to snorkel. This was a wonderful trip and both our 4 and 8 year olds thoroughly enjoyed it, giving them both the opportunity to see things they wouldn't usually see. We saw so many fish, lots of turtles and a massive sting ray. It was... More

I wasn't too sure about snorkling, so this was the next best way to see the coral reef without swimming with the fish. It was very cool to be in the "sea's aquarium", we saw so many kinds of fish, turtles, stingrays, and coral - it was amazing. The adults were as excited as the kids and you felt that... More

Snorkeling is fun but this was another great way to see the different fish surrounding the reef. Captain Alastair and his wife Betty truly make you feel welcome. We saw lots of fish and over a dozen turtles. You don't feel claustrophic at all. Highly recommend and if you're lucky you get to be the "turtle spotter at the front... More

My mom took this tour last year and suggested it for our family. We are so glad we did! Our girls (7&3) loved every second of the trip and so did we. Betty is incredibly knowledgeable about the reef and we saw the most beautiful fish, turtles and stingrays. There isn't a bad seat in the boat (it is close... More

A truly superb way to view the marine life of a coral reef. Betty and Alastair provide a welcoming, informative and entertaining trip that is a definitely worth experiencing on a visit to Providenciales. Whilst it is an ideal underwater viewing opportunity for those who don't wish to get their feet wet it is equally as interesting for those familiar... More
