I definitely would not recommend this spa. I made an appointment for a couple's massage by phone over a month ago. When we arrived at the spa for our appointment she saw our names in the system but insisted we did not have an appointment. She did not give us a credit or any kind of consolation for their mistake.... More

Everyone at exhale is amazing. I had an awesome deep tissue massage and the facility is very clean! Their yoga and barre classes are superb!! I loved MaryLou's power yoga and barre classes. I had the one week unlimited pass and used it well. MaryLou is really funny and goes "rogue" with the routines and adds her own twist to... More

The massage itself and the room it was in was very nice. It's a little awkward that they have you change into the robes in a bathroom in the registration/entry area. I would have preferred to change in a room more removed from the entryway but it was fine! The price was quite high for a 30 minute massage but... More

My husband booked a massage for me on my birthday. I was so looking forward to a few relaxing hours away from the kids... a massage, relaxing afterwards reading magazines, maybe sitting in a steam room or sauna, perhaps enjoying some tea in a spa-like environment... just generally feeling pampered. When I showed up, I was instructed to change into... More

Got a couples massage as a gift on my honeymoon, it was wonderful. I love Exhale spas. I highly recommend it. Pricey but worth it.

The Core Fusion and Barre classes at Exhale are AMAZING! Mary Lou pushes you in a competitive and energetic environment. The best part of this studio over others on the island is that the classes are tought on a shaded patio (the other downside is that it's near the Resort's kitchen and it can sometime smell like greasy food, eww).

We were at The Gansevoort for our wedding and my husband's co-workers surprised us with one-hour massages before our wedding. The spa is very tranquil and the massages were quite good (so good that my husband went back again for a 30 minute massage the next day). The spa is small but service is nice and very friendly.

Enjoyed the little Spa but it may be the only Spa more expensive than the ones in New York. My masseuse could've crushed a beer can with her bare hands, so be sure to tell them to go easy or you'll be sore for all the wrong reasons!
