Providenciales and specifically Chaulk Sound is beautiful. Quiet, great sunset views, nice hiking. It is close to all.

We drove up and down Chalk Sound Drive taking in the views. Absolutely gorgeous place, completely secluded and unspoiled.

The color of the water here is incredible! It was not a long drive from Grace Bay, and the view is breathtaking!

We were staying on Grace Bay and rented a car for a day to explore. We ended up at chalk sound (maybe a 30 minute drive). The water here was even more beautiful. We went to Las Brisas for a water-side lunch. It's very quiet here.

My husband and I just returned from our delightful pontoon trip on beautiful Chalk Sound. This magnificent body of water is unbelievable. It is difficult to see very much from the roads around the Sound, but after driving around to see the views, I knew it would be great to see it from the water. The 2 hour pontoon trip... More

Chalk Sound is a beautiful view! Access in to Chalk Sound is difficult unless you are staying in one of the private villas. Most Villas have kayaks for you to use to explore the sound. I liked the other side of the sound that has channels that lead into the sea. I stayed at the Villa Jayla and from here... More

We rented a vespa from Paradise Scooters and set off to try and find the perfect spot that everyone speaks about to view and take photos of Chalk Sound. Unfortunately we didn't find it but we did sneak into the yards of some homes and got some OK pictures and views.

Viewed this from the road, did not explore it more. A beautiful area, most picturesque. Small Islands scattered in turquise waters.

During our week stay on Turks and Caicos, we decided to rent a car for a day and drive around the island to see the sights and other parts of TCI. Chalk Sound is beautiful. You'll also see some of the nicer homes on the island too. So get your map and find your way there. You're not likely more... More

Awe inspiring, very peaceful. I wished that they would have a stretch that you can go and enjoy it, maybe there was but we couldn't find it. We had to enjoy it from in between homes in the area. A must see when on Provo...
