most beautiful water

Chalk sound has the most beautiful, electric blue water I've ever seen. You have to take the drive down if you're in Provo!

Perfect place to stay with beautiful beaches and plenty for children to do, with boats and kayaks to use. The staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The villas are spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen.

Loved Chalk Sound, it was beautiful and serene. Was a bit disappointed that we could not access any swimming though. We tried going through Las Brisas but the beach there was not very large and not very inviting. Should have planned a visit by boat, maybe next time. Took some excellent photos

Wife and I took a pontoon onto the sound. We saw some amazing stuff. Snorkeled a plane crash site, saw a nurse shark, visited iguana island and had a blast. The sound is spectacular. Very salty and shallow which give it the distinct color. Neat natural beauty.

We had lunch at the restaurant there, then went kayaking. It was breath taking and well worth it! So calm and relaxing, with such beautiful water and scenery to look at!

It is a beautiful place, we tried to get kayaks at Neptune Villas/Las Brisas but they were booked for the day I recommend that you call them in advance to reserve. They were very friendly! They do have a pontoon boat cruise here as well as kayaks, paddle boats and paddle boards

We flew over Chalk Sound on our arrival and it was unlike anything I've ever seen before. The breathtaking beauty is amazing and driving to this beautiful spot is just as amazing. A must visit!

We literally drove in circles trying to access a point where we could actually get down to the water, but to no avail. The sound is surrounded by private homes. Maybe that's why it's so pristine, haha. It was a frustrating experience; I wouldn't recommend it.
