Go check this place out! So gorgeous. Found loads of wee places to view this. Las Brisas is a great friendly restaurant and does hires of boats / kayaks etc. We hired a 2 person kayak and sailed over the chalk sound. Found the plane crash site! Pretty cool.

Definitely worth the visit. The water is absolutely beautiful. Take the time to enjoy lunch or dinner in this area. You will not regret it.

Definitely make a drive (especially if you are renting a car) to chalk sound....the drive is adventurous and will lead you through roadways lined by many exotic houses. As you get further along, the views overlook gorgeous turquoise water and it's completely serene. If you do go in this direction, don't forget to check out Las Brisas!

Chalk Bay is gorgeous, shallow bay water. There's really no 'access' to it, except for a pontoon boat ride we found by reservations at Las Brisas Restaurant at the beginning of the Chalk Sound Road. Lorenzo is the restaurant owner and owns a pontoon boat and does tours on the side for fun. Lorenzo took us to a reef to... More

I rented a car and drove through Chalk Sound and stop in various spots to enjoy the beach. The water is so uniquely beautiful, my friend accused me of photoshopping my photos. It was a beautiful drive and I enjoyed exploring around the area...depending upon stops, it is relatively short. I stopped everywhere I found a road to the water... More

The color of the water doesn't translate to your photos it is just that stunning. Flying in over Chalk Sound is such a great way to start a trip to Provo but you need to actually go there to see the color. it's an easy drive from anywhere on the island. We ate at Las Brisas while there and it... More

Chalk sound offers winding roads with breath-taking views of Chalk Sound. The color of the water in the sound are unique and not duplicated anywhere else in the Turks. There is the ability to also kayak and take a guided pontoon boat tour and I highly recommend this.

It was great to drive around and explore. Sapodilla bay is not worth trying to find. Taylor bay is a little better, but hard to find. Las Brisas is a good way to end the day

Beautiful turquoise waters, however a little choppy. Very shallow which I happened to love as I could swim the length of our villa without worrying about being swept away

We would NEVER have found a way to the water if it weren't for the directions given by someone named D.PAGE,Washington DC on July 9, 2014. Judo's for the precise instructions!! Take bug spray, the mosquito's were ferocious.... But,oh my the beauty!!!
