we were staying 10 minutes away and drove over at sunset. We did not really tour the grounds but the views are worth it

Shows wonderful history of Tobago. Properly kept and preserved. Signs depict a story of the past. Breath taking pictures. Beautiful ambience over looking the sea.

Absolutely the best view on the island. Sapphire seas and Scarborough below. I went with teens who were very interested in the museum which showed a number of prehistoric artefacts. It was a hit and humid day and the man who operates a small, but good value, trinkets was able to supply us with frozen drinks...refreshing! I learnt a lot... More

Excellent view. Great photo opportunity. Can be a bit crowded on weekends, but well worth the trip up the hill.

The museum is a history buffs paradise. Lots of facts about Tobago's past. You get a great view of the harbor and parts of the city from the canon areas (Of course).

Takes 20 minutes by car from Crown Point. Can take many scenic photos, visit the museum and there is a great view of the ocean. Can see ships in Scarborough. It is very breezy, It is located next to a hospital, so many vehicles pass up and down. Can also take a taxi from Scarborough.

Fort King George is located on top of Scarborough and requires taxi ride to get here. I wouldn't recommend walking because it's hot and far for average walk. Just hire any taxis and arrange pick up when your done. Allow 2hrs. minimum to walk around the sites and it's fun learning for kids too. It's a fort so expect to... More

Interesting museum with friendly staff, offered their personal bottle of water as had walked up the hill in scorching sun, unfortunately no food or drink available for purchase on site.....bring it with you from town. Whilst the museum is interesting it is the panaromic views from the top that are good with very well maintained grounds. Excellent for picnics particularly... More

Visited Fort King George as I was aware that there was a rich history associated with this place since it was built in the 1780s and that the view of the island of Tobago was quite commanding. From the fort, you can see a wide sweep of the windward coast, stretching away as far as the eye can see, panning... More
