We visited this beach on 2 different days: on the first, the waters were calm and aqua-clear. On the second, there were some waves and there were rocks (coral?) underfoot when we went into the water. We paid a nominal fee to enter the beach. Beach chairs cost only 10TTs to rent. The beach was not crowded -- no one... More

Nice sandy beach. A lack of food on the beach. The local food ran out fairly quickly. More

None of the showers were working, beach was littered - what were we paying for? Abundance of pavilions and tables but so crowded i thought i was in an airport.....Better for the younger drinking crowd looking to get hammered in a touristy joint......wind-sailing was spectacular at the far end (and so was the wind!), as was the view :-) More

My 3 friends & I were staying at the Rex Turtle Beach & had seen Pigeon Point advertised in a brochure so we took a cab over there as it looked lovely. Well it wasn't & we stayed for just over an hour before calling the cab driver to come collect us. The beach is very average, def not the... More

This is by far the best serviced beach in Tobago, with bathroom and change facilities, showers and chair rentals. There's a playground for kids, as well as a shack to rent water-sports...lots of windsurfers at the point. There's some little shops as well, really love the pottery place there. The beach is shallow and slopes gently and has a roped... More

During our visit to the beach we had showers off and on which ended up not being a big deal because there are huts, restaurant and a bar to find cover. Chair rentals are 10TT and well worth the cost. This is a great beach for kids complete with a jungle gym. Life guard on duty is attentive and takes... More

Not a big fan of having to pay to visit a beach - some things in life should be free and beaches are definitely up there along with forests. Yes the sand is clean and golden and the sea calm and blue but the smell of fried food is prevalent at one end of the beach and it is busy... More

Loved this beach. The drive up to it is spectacular; green and serene with amazing views of palm trees, white sand and turquoise water. Easy to park. Little shops to look around. Toilet facilities. Somewhere to get a bit of lunch. We started our three visits to this beach with a pina colada, stretched out under a palm tree! Didn't... More
