A short drive through St. Joseph. The hike is fairly short maybe about 45-60 minutes along an uphill track. A nice way to spend a morning in the outdoors. There are no facilities at the car park so you need to bring what you need. Also any garbage needs to be packed out as well.

These falls are too accesible so locals come along to picnic and leave their garbage behind. There appears to be no one in authority to check or manage the area. There are many better waterfalls in Trinidad that require a bit of hiking to get to,and generally those that hike are eco conscious and take their garbage home with them

The forestry department have made a great effort in maintaining this place, but people who often visit this wonderful place often leave their litter all over the place sadly hereby spoiling the naturalness of the place. Otherwise, a beautiful hike and nice bathing here.
