Visited at the very busy Carnival time when it is flocked by thousands of people and masqueraders portraying their costumes. More

This place has been given a facelift, but, needs to be kept cleaner and there needs to be more police present. More

This "attraction" is basically a wide sidewalk. It does have benches and taxi stands but is not worth the safety risk for tourists to visit. More

I love the place, you can get anything there, love to see the people all in a rush. Love to drink the coconut and play chess. More

At the promenade you can just hang out with friends eat the famous doubles drink coconut water or on a hot day have a snowcone. There is always action on the promenade and the surrounding buildings are just beautiful. More

What a great honor for this young man. He's still alive and have this promenade named after him. Walk down to the water and check out the statue, its not good at all. Too many vagrants lined the benches at night. Not happy with the location, too close to the core of the downtown where what seems like millions of people hang out at night. during the day its just another traffic enduced track for workers getting to and from work. More
