Sandy Island is a must on a trip to Carriacou. You can take a bus from town to Paradise Beach and hire a water taxi from Hardwood Bar. Ask to be left for a certain amount of time. And bring your snorkel gear! There is just something about being on a sandy spit surrounded by the prettiest green/blue pastel water... more
