Lovely location, very good food and cocktails. Best on the island. However the advertised close beach will be a disappointment. It's not used, has no facilities and poor swimming conditions. The hotel should not say they are walking distance from a beach without more information. More

The tour round the old plantation gardens with Keith the head gardener, not to be missed, then relax in the bar/restaurant or by the pool over some lunch. Takes you back in time, to a time when the clock seemed to tick more slowly. More
