The crew of the Friendship Rose took our wedding party of 12 from Port Elizabeth (Bequia) to the Tobago Cays on the 10th December 2014. . Our day started at 0630 and ended back in port at 1800. Whilst we had anticipated numerous problems and challenges associated with getting ourselves and 10 guests from around the world to Bequia in... More

We had a fantastic day trip on the Friendship Rose from the harbour of Bequia to the Island of Mustique The boat is a beautiful hand built wooden schooner with plenty of deck space for sunbathing and a huge canopy to get out of the sun. The staff were lovely and the food was plentiful and extremely good, and there... More

Excellent experience. First time on a schooner. Crew were professional and competent. Unfortunately had a wee touch of nausea which was settled by consuming ginger which settled my discomfort. Food was very good and trip was an experience never to be forgotten. Thanks to everyone on board for a great day

We took the trip to the Tobago Cays on March 13th, 2014 and had a great day. The Grenadines are beautiful islands and definitely worth seeing from the sea. The crew did an excellent job serving us and the food and drinks were much better than we were expecting. Having the 20 lb King fish for lunch which was caught... More

This is a great trip to a beautiful location. However, to be fair it's important that you consider carefully before booking. The weather makes or breaks the trip - we went on a sunny but fairly windy day which meant wearing heaps of sunblock and covering up on the 3hour long trip to the Cays. The sea is proper open... Some of these sailing excursions are pretty ordinary but not Friendship Rose. We had a beautiful day aboard. The ship is a beauty. The food was superb and the staff just excellent. We did the Mustique trip and that was interesting. Mustique is really just one big resort. The sail was the best part of the day. A very romantic... More

What a fantastic trip we had from start to finish. Staff and crew very friendly and helpful. ..can't fault them and they work so hard. Food and drink plentiful and delicious. We went on the Tobago trip which starts at roughly 7 am and gets back at about 5.30 pm so a good long day and excellent value for money.... More

I gave this excursion to my wife as a Christmas gift. For each of us, the trip we took on this restored schooner to The Tobago Cays, will forever be imprinted in our minds/souls. (This is the most beautiful and idyllic place... pictures and descriptions cannot do it justice.) The staff on board the ship were AMAZING... Alameda's (the chef)... More

The Friendship Rose is delightful. It's a touristy thing to do, but the ship is very cool, the crew is wonderfully attentive, the food is tasty and most of all....you must snorkel at the Tobago Keys...so don't miss it. Only downside is you don't get to spend hours and hours there. It is truly amazing and you could explore the... More

Tobago Cays are beautiful there is no doubting that! The Friendship Rose trip is an incredible experience! The captain built the boat with his brothers and the crew are extremely friendly and helpful! They continuously provide food and drinks and the food is delicious and it is unbelievable what they prepare in the small kitchen on board. As we are... More
