Managed to squeeze in three trips to Mustique on the FR. all trips were outstanding - the boat being sailed both ways in the capable hands of captain Toby - . A real treat - we had a swim and sail around St Vincent - fabulous views of the island, proper sailing and a great crew. Lots of local nibbles, rum punch (post swimming only) and it was a great start to our hols. Have been before and would go again.

We had a fabulous day on the Friendship Rose. We chose to take the trip to Tobago Cays. The day started out with a light breakfast as we left the harbour, enjoyed a great view of Moonhole, after which we were treated to the crew raising the sails for an enjoyable sail to the Cays. We found the crew well... More

We decided to book a trip to the Tobago Cays several months ago, and since had read many reviews here about the many pros and cons of the trip. Here are some IMHO: Pros: 1. We had a perfect day for the sail. I had prayed earnestly for a sunny day without rain or huge sea swells, as this particular... More

If you are wanting an adventure, this is a good bet. Beware, however, that the mates are not terribly friendly and the heads (toilets) are filthy/disgusting. No safety briefing was done and there was no communication between crew and guests. Many people were older and I was worried for their comfort and safety.

On our recent holiday to Bequia, we went on an amazing day trip aboard the Friendship Rose to Tobago Cays. We had a great time, the staff were wonderful and the people on board very friendly. The trip to the islands was picturesque, but due to the strong wind that day, quite shaky. Nonetheless this has been the best and... More

My sister and I went on both the Tobago Cays and Mustique trips last week. We had a fantastic time, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone visiting Bequia, it's a great way to see some of the other islands, which are stunning! Tons of envy-inducing photographs to shoot! Colour of the water is insane. Met some really nice people... More

This was our second trip on the boat, we went last year which was just as wonderful. The whole day was perfect from start to finish. We were very well looked after with plenty of drink and afternoon tea. We had lunch on Mustique at The Cotton Club which was very very good and well worth doing. It was wonderful... More

I had long dreamt of sailing the Grenadines and this was the perfect way to round off our holiday with a glorious trip from Bequia to the Tobago Cays and back. It was like starring in your own movie :)

The crew of the Friendship Rose took our wedding party of 12 from Port Elizabeth (Bequia) to the Tobago Cays on the 10th December 2014. . Our day started at 0630 and ended back in port at 1800. Whilst we had anticipated numerous problems and challenges associated with getting ourselves and 10 guests from around the world to Bequia in... More
