Stunning landscaping and interesting history

We were free to roam about the ground and found out that Princess Diana had rented the entire facility.

The food was incredible and the dinner menu has a wide range of offerings. The atmosphere is unique and worth a visit. The entire facility offers exceptional beauty and history.

A must visit! Please Stop by, view the gardens, tour the hotel and have a Rum Punch with Kaddy at the bar!

Being a history buff, visiting Montpelier House was an exercise in time-travel. The entrance reminds one of the long-ago time when sugar cane was king, slavey was okay and beauty demanded. The House is both a restaurant and hotel and boast of hosting Princess Diana with her young sons (and being able to stay away form prying camera lenses). It... More

We had lunch here, courtesy of the Nevis Tourism Board. Montpelier is a top notch escape. Genteel and refined service with typical friendly Nevis approach. Wonderful food, beautiful accomodations. Recommend!

Really nice place. I'd actually love to stay here but with two young kids the Four Seasons is more convenient. Beautiful though.

We were "gifted" with this trip and opted for Montpelier rather than the Four Seasons and we're so glad we did. It was perfect for us! After two days there, we felt like we were family. The staff goes out of their way to learn your name and greet you by name. They learn your preferences for food and drink... More

Cocktails in the barrel ceiling great room, dining in the adjoining outdoor room, or, even better, in candlelight in the restored Mill. Quite unbelievable. New chef very good. I had the best piece of mahi I have ever eaten here.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Mill Privee at Montpelier. The Mill is an old windmill turned into a small/exclusive restaurant. You start with drinks and finger foods in the great room before being seated. On our night there were only two couples in the Mill. Food- excellent. Service- superb. Yes, it is expensive, but everything on Nevis is... More

This is a gorgeous inn. It is rather formal - being a Relais. The main room is a beautiful place for a drink. The poolside restaurant is more casual dining and my preference
