Banana Bay is the site of one of the islands lost resorts. The Banana Beach Hotel was destroyed by Hurricane Georges back in 1998.The remnants of the buildings are still there, lying in ruins. I totally loved Banana beach and left turtle beach to come here! It's absolutely clean and beautiful. When we came there was no one there and we had the beach to ourselves. There was a stand where you can buy drinks and snacks. She had an outdoor shack with a curtain for people to change in. It was so beautiful.... more
