The grounds are exquisite at Romney Manor. Everything is vibrantly green and rich with history. It was interesting to watch the batik demonstration, as so much work goes into the beautiful pieces of art made on the grounds of the manor. There are several spots for nice photo ops- just ask someone if they would be kind enough to take... More

Romney Manor has a lot to offer. It is the first place that I take guests. It has a batiking demonstration, batik items for sale, sugar mill ruins, and absolutely gorgeous grounds. A 400 year old tree graces the well manicured grounds.

Interesting stop to view what life on a sugar plantation was like. Also there is a Caribelle Batik shop and demonstration.

This was our first stop on the island. this is a beautiful old farmer house that is now transformed into a nice garden and clothes factory. The factory itself looks like a tourist trap so i didn't buy a thing but the location it's beautiful and the views are amazing. I think that 30 minutes of visit are worth for... More

We stopped at Romney Manor on a tour with Grey's Island Excursions. Beautiful gardens were my favorite part. We got some beautiful photos.

This is a clean, beautiful, and delightful stop on any excursion on the island. The Batik shop is here, as well, so you can find great, local gifts to take home. This is definitely a tourism spot - there's ample (free) parking, historical ruins to explore, the shop, restroom facilities, and a beautiful garden. A gem of St. Kitts!

Drove up to visit this factory with friends. Did the trip last year and so it was nice going back. The batik shop is set in some nice well maintained gardens and the star of it all is the 400 year old siman(?) tree. It is massive with one of the limbs resting on the ground! The batik work shop... Nice little spot to stop. Absolutely magnificent 400 year old tree at the entry to the Manor. Gardens are nice, decent shopping for the ladies. Interesting history
