I was visiting. Cayman for spring break this year and tried out this studio, and I'm so glad I did. They have a really good new student deal for a week of yoga that is better than my studio at home. The teachers were all very different but all very good. I will definitely return to their studio the next... More

From the moment I arrived I felt welcome. You can feel the heart by which they teach. I did 7 days for $30 and I went everyday. Mats & towels were available to rent as well. Each teacher was well trained, focused on the practice and gave a bit of themselves. Some classes really fill up, so 15 minutes early... More

Mindy is a great instructor and we had yoga twice with her. She also does it on the beach in front of the Westin, but check with Bliss and they can get you in touch. The folks there are fantastic and give a great class and have a lovely facility.

One of the highlights of my trip to grand cayman was taking classes at Bliss Yoga! As mentioned by a previous reviewer they offer many different yoga types - so something for everyone, all levels - and many classes throughout the day, 7 days a week. I took four power yoga classes with three different instructors - Janelle (co-owner), Kari,... More

This yoga studio is located behind the Cimbuco restaurant. It has many types of different yoga ranging from the hot yoga, ashtanga, kundalini and relaxation yoga. They have classes from 6am to 8 pm at night 7 days per week. They even had a short morning schedule on a holiday. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I bough the 1... More

I visited the Cayman Islands in March, I asked at the hotel where I could practice yoga and they pointed me in the direction of Bliss Yoga. I have to say the whole experience was excellent, I'm new to yoga and I was made to feel very comfortable, the instructors were very good and it was a great way to... More

I was so incredibly excited to try yoga here. I just assumed it would be a wonderful yoga experience. Other yoga goers were pretty much pushing me out of the way as I tried to purchase my yoga class. The class was super, super crowded. When I was in the hot yoga class and got overheated, I quietly began to... More

My apologies for my review being nearly a year overdue! But we are returning to Grand Cayman in a few weeks, and I'm counting down the days until I can unroll my mat and practice with Danielle & Chantelle & all the other amazing instructors at Bliss! They provide mats at no additional cost, so no need to bring yours... More

The yogis were all so kind! I took both hot classes (their new hot yoga studio is wonderful) and regular. I took two classes from the same teacher because I was so impressed by her and the other classes I took were also exceptional and I truly think that any yogi who practices here will be reminded of why we... Being a part time resident, Bliss gave me a new experience. I got slightly bored of running daily and needed a break from the gym. I found a wonderful escape from everyday exercise while also broadening my spiritual learning. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Can't wait to return. Hot yoga is my favorite but also love Vinyasa practice too.
