blissed out after beginner's course

Took the beginner's course - five hours over a weekend- with a friend and we had a great experience. Many thanks to Danielle for her thorough and patient teaching! We'll be back!

If you are visiting Cayman or living here, make the time to visit Bliss for one of their many classes led by some excellent people. Come early, because it is a very popular studio and classes can fill up. There are classes every day for any level, so go have some time for you and your mat.

I have been coming to Bliss daily during our couple of weeks in Paradise for the last several years, and it only gets better. The expanded studio, schedule, and variety of classes beyond the original and still clean, friendly and professional operation is phenomenal. I dream of the roosters during savasana for the other 50 weeks a year. The instructors... More

Bliss has many great instructors. Note that many of them practice Bikram yoga - some more forcefully than others ("put your forehead to your knee, NO exceptions!"), which I don't love. So far this seems to be Cayman's only yoga studio, and the blonde lady who runs it could use some competition, if only to soften her rigidity. I bought... More

thi studio was nice, but I guess since there aren't any others on the island, it gets very crowded. But it was nice when they opened the doors at the end of the class and we could feel that ocean air come in

My wife went there about 5 times, weekly, while we were on island for a month. The studio is very active and had plenty of classes for her to sign up for. Friendly staff and experienced yoga instructors.

I was staying in Grand Cayman for a one week vacation. Bliss offers a seven day unlimited pass for $25 CI. I went every day to either power or hot yoga. Both were one hour classes. Mat rental is $1 and included on your first day. Showers and dressing room were nice. Studio is clean. Overall I was very happy... More

Wide variety of classes throughout the day. Top notch instructors. I was there on a short vacation and they had an unlimited pass for the week for $30. Went there 3 of the 4 days as it was walking distance from the Marriott where I was staying on 7 Mile Beach. Really run a nice studio...great experience.

When I travel, finding a yoga studio nearby is first on my list. I know there are other studios on the island but I have always been more than satisfied with the classes here that I've never looked else where. They offer different styles from yin to power flow and the instructors have all been great. Michael is my favorite...he's... More
