Loved the atmosphere and the bartender. The nachos were hot and the beer was cold. The outdoor bar was pleasantly cool and the football on the flat screens was an added touch

This place is an average sports bar, with average sports bar food. If your looking for a casual place with some munchies and drinks while you watch the game, this is the place. If your looking for more of a dining experience, you should try a different place. We were watching the World Cup Games, so it was perfect. When... More

We stopped by here for a late dinner one evening. Service was slow and food was just average. Worst fried pickles we've ever had. If you are looking for a bar to watch a game this is your place, but for us it wasn't our thing. We will skip it from now on!

We tried Lone Star on the recommendation of some friends at the Cayman Reef Resort where we stay. It's an easy walk. We were greeted pleasantly and seated. We ordered drinks and fried pickles to start. The pickles were really unusual and delicious. However, just as our entrees arrived, I became very ill. We had been on a terrific snorkling... More

I went to lonestar for their recommended rock n roll bingo, and while the bingo was fun, the bar was overcrowded with overly drunk locals it seemed that were throwing ice and napkins over our table and hitting us all night. We finally left (earlier than we would have liked); but we wish the lonestar staff had asked the rude... More

We headed here to watch our basketball team play in March Madness. The TV in our condo did not have the game. They have some US channels that allowed us to watch the game. There are lots of TV's around. We ordered food and enjoyed it. It is a bar and your best bet is a burger or bar-b-que. The... More

We arrived before 7pm and the place was half empty. Sticker on the door says 'sit yourself' so we did, just to be told 5 min later by a child like looking waitress that we cannot sit where we are because the place gets busy later on.Fine.2 min after we ordered drinks, people next to us started to smoke. Then another group.We... Took the family out for some Texan style barbecue food, and left feeling a bit let down. Food was very hit and miss. Rack of ribs was very dry and lacked flavour. My wife was pleased with her quesadilla, but my two sons were less than enamoured with their hotdog and hamburger respectively. The atmosphere is pretty limited - just... More

I visit this island every year, and Lone Star was always a great place to go the first night on the island. Not anymore. When we arrived, that staff was rude and we waited a long time for service. The manager did come out and apologize, but the dinner was a nightmare. I paid for it when we left, I... More
