My husband and I spent New Years Day at this beach club, when our ship docked at Cayman this year. I can't say enough positive things about it. It is a very short cab ride from the dock and the beach is gorgeous...fine sand and gradual dip to deeper water. Lounges and chairs are available to rent at a charge... more

My wife researched online for months to find a place to stay with a good beach bar within easy walking distance. The result: Cayman Reef Resort and the Royal Palms Beach Club. No cover charge, live bands 3 nights a week, great service, great food and drinks at competitive prices and a favorite of locals. We visited the first week... more

All the previous reviews are right on target but I would add: take an extra towel for the chaises...they're plastic and get pretty hard after a couple of hours sitting! Vans from dock usually charge $4-5 per person each way. more

This is a great place for lunch dinner drinks and fun night life! Right on 7 mile beach. The night club offers life music some nights and DJ other nights! Local and tourist all welcome! They have 2 live web cams to see the action! Becareful of plastic chairs! They tend to break after a few to many drinks! more

On our way back from swimming with the stingrays, we asked the busdriver for a good place to go on Seven Mile Beach. He dropped us off at Royal Palms. What a deal! FREE admission, great view of the most beautiful beach in the world, good bar, good and reasonably priced food, clean restrooms and tons of taxis waiting when... more

The best way to enjoy Seven Mile Beach when visiting Grand cayman by cruise ship. Enjoy the beautiful beach and clean restrooms at no charge. Snorkel from the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent at a fair price. Great bar and decent food. Watersports available. Vans always at the ready to take you back to the cruise dock. more

I have been to this place twice before. Everytime I visit the Caymans this is probably the place I look forward to most to going to and hanging out. Wonderful Service, the Locals are fun to talk to, the beach is beautiful, snacks and showers available and there is a Red Sail Sports right next door to rent all sorts... more
