First I just want to apologize to the Captain for not writing this sooner. We had met a couple that owned a breakfast joint we had dined at. They had recommended The Captain highly, said he was quite the character and would be worth our while to try. They were correct! I will say if you are looking for a... More

We had gone to the sandbar referred to as Stingray City previously with Captain Crosby about 5 years ago. We had had a great time and when we returned to Grand Cayman recently, looked for Captain Crosby. Nothing had changed. Captain Crosby was wonderful with a lot of personal attention to detail. He took our family to Stingray City and... More

My husband, teenage boys and I had a great trip with Captain Crosby. He is very knowledgeable about the area, our group was very small, just our family, the other boats had a lot of people on them. We did have to find a taxi to get us to the marina. We really enjoyed it!

Captain Crosby took me, my wife and our two sons (7 and 12) to Stingray City and some snorkeling and we had a wonderful time. He's incredibly nice and had a ton of stories to tell from the time when he helped train the stingrays that became Stingray City. It's a one-man operation, so if you're looking for a bunch... More

I was surprised to read the review posted just before this one. It was the first negative review of this tour operator. I wanted to write my own review because my experience was also somewhat negative and I honestly feel that I would not do this if I could do it over again. This was the third time I ventured... More

My husband and I booked the tour as a private charter but ended up sharing the experience with another couple due to a deliberate double booking by the captain and because we did not want the other couple to be turned away. Generally not a problem, however, we still had to pay almost four times the price that the other... More

We had an incredible time on our private charter with Captain Crosby. We were two couples and a 7 year old, and a great time was had by all. First I have to say that Captain Crosby is the nicest man you could meet and very knowledgeable too. He had a sense of humor, made you feel comfortable, and could... More

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to spend 3 hours with Captain Crosby, first at Stingray City and then at a snorkeling spot he chose. The man clearly knows the waters around Grand Cayman - the snorkeling spot he chose was teeming with live coral, fish, stingrays and a barracuda. It was fascinating! At Stingray City, the stingrays actually... More

Captain Crosby was a great lead. From beginning to end he was hospitable, knowledgable, and fun. He is one of the original caymanians who trained the sting rays at sting ray city. He let us sail his boat, told stories, live music (johnny cash), snacks, and swim gear. He also helped you learn how to properly interact with the sting... More
