While on a recent Carnival cruise (Paradise), we purchased a snorkeling excursion via grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com (not thru Carnival) with Captain Bryan. The ship was late getting to port and the tenders put on the island an hour later than expected. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely woman that delivered the unfortunate news that while they held the boat for... More

We booked this excursion to see the Sting Rays via catamaran. The instructions to local were simple and after a short van ride we boarded a catamaran that was basic, but NOT overly crowded which was a plus. We stopped first to swim with the Sting Rays and they were helpful with instructions and providing equipment. They handled the sting... More

I LOVED this excursion! I booked this on my own instead of the using the cruise line's excursions and was a little apprehensive but it was well worth it. Just a short walk from the where the ferry docked and it was in a very pretty spot. The buses that are used to transport you weren't in very good shape,... More

I booked this trip (Grand Cayman Buccaneer Stingray City Snorkelling Catamaran, 5th Dec 15) for my wife and I, approx three months prior to our cruise. On arrival at the Royal Watler Cruise Ship Terminal, we were informed by the rep that the trip wouldn't be happening as there wasn't enough people turned up. Eight people showed up and they... More

Dear johnwatt5: On 5 December, 2015, shortly after arriving at the cruise ship terminal to pick up our customers, we realized that not all of our customers had received the change in schedule in their tour time. This was changed by the company that they booked with; NOT by us (Capt. Bryan's). The tour meeting time changed from 9:40am to... More

Well, this didn’t turn out quite like I hoped due to rain and a broken rudder, but sometimes that’s how things go. First of all, we were late getting to the check-in point for the excursion, which was at Royal Watler terminal – a very short walk from where our Carnival cruise ship was docked. We were running late due... More

We came in on a Carnival cruise ship and it was a very short walk to the location. A bit unorganized at the check in and we had to wait for a couple of latecomers but once we got on the catamaran it was wonderful. Swimming with the sting rays was fun, everyone got to hold or pet a sting... More

I booked the snorkel and stingray tour direct on line from UK. The whole tour was organised very well. The meeting tent was easy to spot, the catamaran had plenty of room for everyone, really clean (even the toilet) and well maintained and with more than enough life jackets etc. The stingray experience was fantastic and managed exceptionally well by... This was our second time in Grand Cayman and the first time we did an island tour. I was encouraged by friends to "swim with the stingrays" and I'm glad I did. Te meeting spot was super easy to find which is not always the case with private excursins. The crew was very helpful. The only negative was a very... More

We booked ahead of our trip talking direct. We saved by doung so. They also took a few walk ons at the tent clearly marked when walking off the pier. The boat was safe and plenty big for the amount of people on board. I liked the guy in charge. He was direct and very clear as to what we... More
