Beautiful stretch of beaches with beach bars, music, hotels and resorts along the seven mile beach. The waters are blue, clean, and warm. Depending on whether you are at a public beach or resort the crowds a very different. Public beaches are very crowded during the middle of the day. We took a cab not far from our cruise terminal... Crowded, but an absolutely lovely beach experience. The water is pristine and the sand so soft. Definitely a must-see!

Just like a travel brochure--white sand and blue water! The beach is absolutely beautiful. In addition, there are nice little reefs where snorkelers can see some marine life. Very safe to go for long romantic walks in the nights.

Make sure you stay until sunset. The sunsets are spectacular! The beach is clean. The white sand is soft and powdery. The ocean is a sparkling turquois blue.

Our condo was directly on this beach, in West Bay. This is the quieter end of SMB. Starts off sandy then dips quite a bit and there are literally hundreds of fish and sea creatures to explore right near the shore. Wear wet shoes though since there are sea urchins and spiky sea creatures that can really hurt if you... More

The beaches are absolutely gorgeous. There are resorts all along the way. Many are private residences. This seems to be a quite area with no Lou's activities. You can easily find water sport rentals.

First let me say if you happen to port in Grand Cayman and you need to find yourself a guide ask anyone driving a tour to find a man named CHIN "CHINNA". My family was able to view the Rum factory, Jet ski, hit the beach, see the dolphins and other local attractions, take photos, and still make it back... More

Spotlessly clean beach (not even seaweed?), Crystal clear, calm water. Not many people. Nice hotels and restaurants along the way. We went scuba diving every day, from a boat that left right off the beach. We walked back to our hotel about 1 mile every day, and took the walk down this beautiful amazing relaxing beach. This is what memories... More

We visited this beach while on a cruise. We loved this beach! Warm water, gorgeous white sand. Do not miss this beach. Worth the trip to get there.
