We went to Little Cayman with 2 friends, and Gilbert. We flew over on Cayman Airways, and it's a very short flight. Once there we met up with Debbie, who lives on the island, and from what I can tell, pretty much is involved in every aspect of what goes on there, from the museum, to helping get the new... More

We spent 7 hours with Gilbert... Normally I'd say that's too long for a tour; but, I can't believe how fast this day went. We toured the brewery. We learned the history of different things on the island. We ate turtle, mahi-mahi, rice and beans, and steamed vegetables while enjoying a beautiful view of the water. We snorkeled with sea... This was the high light of our Christmas vacation. We were a group of 10 and Gil and Jane were awesome. We started the day at coco joes. Then went to hell. Saw the blow holes, ate great island fare, swam with the turtles in their natural habitat and went to starfish point which was awesome. Really a trip to... More

If your interest is non-stop partying or SCUBA diving, this excursion is not for you. If however, you wish to tour Grand Cayman as a local and see sights that you might not see without the guidance of a native Caymanian, I highly recommend this tour. We met Big Joe aka Gilbert during a presentation at our hotel. After hearing... More

This trip was a surreal experience into undiscovered territory. Relaxing on your own private island sandbar with curious displaced sting rays hoping to catch some food scraps. Our guide Gilbert, took us across this quiet desolate Island where you only blame the wind for noise pollution. This was the second trip my family has taken with Joe Tourist and both... More

I highly recommend taking this tour. It is unique in only a way a native Caymanian can show it. Gilbert specializes in what his group wants to do, and goes off the beaten path to show them. We took the extended tour which allowed us to see much more than we ever expected or could have ever imagined. I came... More

After the presentation that Gilbert gave about his tour we knew that we would be booking a tour with him. He promised a lot and delivered on 100% of those promises. We got to try many of the fruits on the island like, hiked to learn about the wild life and vegetation of the island (and their medicinal uses), ate... More

My wife, son (age 12) and I took Gilbert's tour to the interior of Grand Cayman. I wasn't excited about the tour, but my wife really wanted to go, so we went. I have to say, the tour was fabulous and well worth the money. Gilbert is a great guy and quite a character. He really knows the island well.... More
