Description: Stingray City boat tours in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. I’m Mark Button...
Stingray City boat tours in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. I’m Mark Button, and I would like to warmly welcome you aboard Moby Dick Tours. I’m an English guy who fell in love with the Cayman Islands fifteen years ago, and I’ve lived here ever since, having recently gained my joint citizenship. I started Moby Dick Tours so that I could share with you some of the amazing experiences here in Cayman, especially the famous Stingray City, one of the most amazing places in the world.I saw the opportunity to bring professionalism and the highest standards of customer care to the tour industry here in Cayman, and together with my partner Richard, we have brought together the best people and the best equipment, to ensure your excursion with us will live on in your mind as one of the most special experiences you have ever had. I’ve made literally thousands of trips to Stingray City over the past ten years, but I never cease to be amazed and humbled by these beautiful creatures who choose to come and interact with us. And I’m sure you’ll feel the same, too. It gives me enormous pleasure to share the experience afresh, as I bring new people to this wonderful and unique place. As most of our clients come from visiting cruise ships, we know exactly what you need. So let us worry about getting you from the dock in own custom built bus, and back again safely in time for your sailing. That leaves you free to worry about nothing except having a fantastic time!

I wouldn't normally write of a review for something I didn't do, but I am this time because Mark Button's from Moby Dick Tours cancelled our tour due to weather at 3:45am prior to our ships arrival into port due to high winds, the ship didn't cancel the port until about 8am. Mark also stated that he would be waiting... More

We had a great day with this excellent tour company. If you are on a cruise ship then avoid the cruise companies expensive and crowded tours. Take the best and choose this company. Mark and Richard have a depth of knowledge about these fabulous creatures that they are happy to share with you.

Everything positive you read on TripAdvisor about Moby Dick Tours is true. There are many tour operators going to stingray city. We chose Moby Dick based on the positive reviews on TripAdvisor and were glad we did. They picked us up at our hotel ( Westin) and dropped us back after the tour. The boat is very clean and comfortable.... More

We signed up to Moby Dick based on tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The boat is quite comfortable and they only took ~30 people each time, so it is not crowded. When we went to the Stingray city, we saw a lot of people there, so Mark the captain decided we'll go to the neighboring snorkeling spot first... More

Found Moby Dick through a cruise forum web site. Signed up with them based on TripAdvisor reviews. Staff to customer ratio was excellent and staff were very nice and excellent guides with the stingrays. Having a smaller boat with a more personal experience is by the best way to go. I saw the boat from the cruise offering and it... More

I booked this online prior to a cruise based on the reviews & price. They were easy to find getting right off the ship. The boat was very well organized with snorkel gear, they took the time to give instructions on snorkeling with the sting rays. What I liked the most is they were very concerned about making sure no... More

Very friendly staff, this is a great tour to get out to. You will enjoy the history and love the friendly stingrays. Make sure to take a water camera you'll want to take a lot of pictures. Also the boat has bathroom for changing.

Every time I cruise to Grand Cayman, my first trip planning is to book with Moby Dick. I've taken 11 groups to see the sting rays and snorkel and have NEVER been disappointed. Mark and his crew are the best, most professional group; caring and educational... they get right in the water with and make sure everyone has a great... More

Visited Grand Cayman from a cruise ship January 14th. Booked this trip based on reviews. We were met exactly where they said they would be. Took a boat ride (half hour) out to the stingrays. Other boats were there, but there were 3 staff members in the water with us. There were about 30 people on our boat. We got... More
