We took trip from the White Sand Sports. We were the ONLY group on the sandbar. The encounters with stingrays were unforgettable and "a must" if you visiting Grand Cayman, preferably with White Sand Sports. We loved it!

very interesting opportunity to interact with Rays in their own environment. Very professional introduction by Red Sail Sports.
Exceptional experience. Capt. Marvin's boats and crews treat you right. Go when cruise ships are not in port as it is less crowded and you can interact with the sting rays best this way. They are gentle, smooth to touch and yes, do kiss one!
If you want to experience nature at it's best take a trip on one of the any boats to Sting Ray City. You'll travel by boat for about 30 minutes to what appears to be the middle of the ocean where a reef makes the water about four feet deep. Here you'll find hundreds of gentle giant stingrays.

You can get here through just about any tour company on the island. Aim for $25-40 US per person depending on how many other stops you might make (i.e. snorkeling or to Rum Point).
Get your photos taken, splash around. It's 100% safe - just don't snorkel here so you know where your feet are at all times!

The guides were awesome! Very professional! We did this excursion last year when we cruised with Carnival (I'm just a little late getting the review on Trip Advisor). But it was a great experience!!
The best review I can give is this is a must do when you’re in Cayman either on a cruise or just vacationing there. I have been twice and both experiences were wonderful. You will take a 20-30 min boat ride out into the middle of the ocean and then BAM a 3-4 foot sand bar with giant friendly sting...

Tour was on a catamaran and limited to 12 people, not jammed-packed like other catamarans. Captain Lorenzo was gracious as well as entire crew. Alex let us stay with the stingrays as long as we liked, teaching us the correct ways to hold and feed them. We didn't leave until everyone in the party was ready. He then led us...

A much more intimate experience than some of the other tours we saw, which were at least groups of 40+. Our group was 12 strong, and the 2 man crew made sure that each individual had a very personal experience. They went above and beyond, took great photos on our own personal cameras, brought extra food so every member of...

This was my 2nd time here, and my husband's first. We were staying on the island, and chose Captain Dexter to take us out on his Catamaran. There were only 2 other couples on the boat that day, and we had a great time even just getting there.
Once there, Dexter and his first mate, Simon, both got in the...
