We were the only ones on this beach besides the lifeguard, some chickens and the people working at the bar. Waves are rough but it's a gorgeous beach
Loved this beach. We went to the little bar and cafe just as you walk in on the left. The lady there prepared Roti's forus which were fantastic and a good value. Please don't complain about the time it takes to get food or drinks on the island. I was on holidays with another couple and we always say just... More
My partner and I visited Josiah's bay, and it was completely deserted. There was a straggly volleyball net and a restaurant that was empty as well. Not a good vibe. I'm sure it will be different in high season around Christmas time when the island has many more visitors and cruise ships coming.

My favorite beach in the BVI's. Just relax and enjoy. If you like surfing this is a good spot to do so. No cruise ships here!
Amazing view, very private and secluded, many tourist surfers and locals go there to hang out for a quiet day, bar on beach, food available, looks like Fiji there, peace, tranquility is what this bay has to offer, don't miss out on going there, never seen anything like it, just beautiful.
This beach has a great set up. A decent amount of sand for the sun worshipers, nice waves that seemed to be the only decent accessible ones on the island (unless your into 4x4ing down rubble cliff like roads) & two nice little restaurants. You can easily spend a day here & be quite comfortable, I certainly enjoyed my day... More
SOOO beautiful! Powder-white sand, turquoise water, curling waves crashing onto the rocks at either end of a picturesque crescent-shaped beach...friendly island beach-bar with perfect drinks & munchies. Area next to parking is less-than-lovely, but completely invisible from the beach itself.
