Near Willy T's, and is the more civilized of the two. This is great beach bar with live, steel drum bands, great drinks, and efficient service. This is a relaxing low-key bar with drinking, dancing, beach strolls, and large scale Jenga games (think 2'x4's) to test your sobriety. Overlooked, but not to be missed. More

From Tortola - did a pit stop for an hours snorkling at The Indians and spent the night the caves. What a treat. We explored the caves and the snorking was great. On my swim from the boat to the shore - I followed a huge turtle. I'll never get used to that. At the caves closer to Treasure's Point... More

Willy T's, "pirate ship" is a great simple bar on a barge in the harbor. Not for the faint of heart. Girls get free drinks for jumping toplesss from the upper deck. It made my heart race! The pinia colidas are great and loaded with rum. Nice people, good for meeting other sailors. More

We 8 sailors make our yearly stop at Norman Island to enjoy the beach by day and the restaurant by night. Dinner is fabulous and most often live entertainment is found. Since it is called Pirates Bight we accomodate the name and arrive in our full pirate gear. Dance the night away and don't forget to stop at the Willie... More

Excellent moorings. Home of the Pirates Bight and the Willey T. Great drinks and jenga with two by fors at the Bight. Late night party on the Willey T. Always a lot of action. You can get there via water taxi, your own or chartered boat from atortola or via Deliverance, the Willey T supply boat. More

Norman Island is the perfect first stop if you have just picked up a boat in Tortola. We moored near the island in fairly shallow water and had a great place to swim off the transom. The beach was very nice and you could bring drinks down to it from the Pirate's Bight, which was very good. We liked the... More

This could be a rip off of the Treasure Island link...but it has remained charming with 2 places/bars to go to. Pirate's is a restaurant that sells all the necessities of life --- water shoes, bathing suits, tshirts, sunscreen, hats, sun dresses, and, yes, pirate junk. They also have hobie cats for rent with small tents on them so you... More

the bight is an excellent overnight anchorage with funneled wind, plenty of moorings, and lots of options. the willy t is a great, unique floating bar for late night partying, there's great hiking on the island and the snorkeling/diving in the area is outstanding. More

A pretty bay with two restaurant/bars; it's catering to the yatching crowd. Pirate's is the place for sundowners, but generally has staff with terrible attitude. On our second visit, we got there 5 minutes before Happy Hour ended and they wouldn't give us a drink at the happy hour price. It just felt mean and ungracious. There's a hike up... More
