Thanks "D" and Jost for the great bike ride on 11/11/14. This was an excursion off the Norwegian Getaway. My husband and my father went. Great time!

My husband and I were on a Carribean cruise with an afternoon stop in St Maarten and decided to take a bike tour. Our two guiedes, Barend and Joost, both Dutch, were awesome. They took us on a fun bike tour and taught us a lot of fun and interesting facts about the island. They spoke superb English and made... More

My wife and son booked a custom hiking tour with TriSport. They were very friendly and accommodating (especially as we were visiting during low season). The guide, Yost (forgive if I mis-spelled), was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area around Guana Bay on the East coast of the island. A great experience all told. We ended up going back... Visited St Maarten whilst on a cruise with my husband. We decided to try kayaking/snorkelling which was an organised activity off the ship. We had never kayaked before, we found the two instructors to be very good and taught us all to get in and out of the two person kayaks safely, what to do if it tipped over and... More

We had a nice time with our guides kayaking a short distance, then snorkeling about an hour around a beach. The guides were very good about keeping the tour group together, safe & having fun. After the exercise we got to chill out at the beachside bar for a chat & great rum punch, yummmm! Very welcoming atmosphere on St... More

My husband and I just went on a bike tour around the St Maarten area, while on our cruise with Norwegian. Our two guides were very friendly, funny and full of knowledge about the islands history. They took us on a tour from the port to Fort Amsterdam, with stops along the way. After the tour they treated our group... More

This two + hour bike tour of Phillipsburg, St. Maarten shows that ecotourism can work even if it requires a workout. The tour meets at the pier and winds through the picturesque seaport to the old fort that sits above the island's most luxurious resort. The company provided Trek 18 speed bikes to handle the short incline towards the end... More

We came in a rather large group but our guides were very good about keeping us together. The introduction was to the point and efficient. We spent a good amount of time out kayaking and swimming. The guides were the best part. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Their care and concern for the mangrove ecosystem was very interesting. We had a... More

We thought that it would be nice to take our chances and see about renting some bikes for a little self guided touring on the island. We found Tri-sport in the little market area where we got off the Oasis of the Seas. Juan pointed out sites, explained the distances/obstacles in the routes(hills), and that we could return the bikes... More
