We had booked a tour on another sailing ship but they never showed up at the dock and ruined our day. Probably a good thing for us, otherwise we wouldn't have sailed on the Passaat. Mirian and Pieter took us for a great cruise to watch the sunset along the SW coast of the island. The hors d'oeuvres were great and they gave us cold Heinekens to enjoy during the ride. We felt this attraction was not as good as other options we have experienced in St Maartens. Folk running it were friendly enough but food, etc just wasn't up to what we were expecting. More

We sailed with Peter and Miriam in January on a dinner cruise. Miriam is a great cook, and the coconut pie was to die for. We have done a day sail with them before but first time for a dinner cruise. My family and I were on a cruise and booked Passaat just before our trip. Our family included two teenagers and twin 5-year olds, and they all had a blast. Pieter and Miriam were terrific hosts! This was my first dinner cruise on a sailboat. Not knowing what to expect, I was cautiously looking forward to the experience. Pieter and Mirian made me feel right at home. The boat was fascinating.
