We took the Tradewinds motor catamaran Dream Maker all around St. Maarten and it was fabulous! The Captain's Premier cabin was the best. The other 2 cabins were smaller, but suitable for guests. Last stop on our cruise and couldnt have asked for a better day , very warm and sunny . Tropical storm Isaac passed through recently so water was still a bit cloudy so snorkeling could have been better but that is not to be blamed on crew . As far as the crew they were AWESOME!! The Dutch side is bustling and it is decidedly US/Canadian in flavor. But the island is charming and has a lot to offer. Check out the shopping along Front Street in Phillpsburg.
