We rented both Scobis for a private trip to Prickley Pear. From the initial planning the Scoobi staff really took care of us and worked with us to taylor the trip just from us, including finding out visa questions, and answering questions about toddlers. Chantal was great she made sure everything was ready for us, and met us to walk... More

My wife had absolutely no desire for this trip. She made that very clear to me and acted like a spoiled brat the first 15 min. I mentioned to one of the crew that she was planning to have a bad time, he said "watch this". He and the rest of the crew took turns every now and then to... More

The Catamaran trip to and from the Prickly Pear Island was wonderful. A very relaxed, casual atmosphere. We went with operator "Lambada", through the AquaMania company for $85 p.p., which was much better than the $120 p.p. if we went through Sunwing (who uses some other company, different from Lambada). The lunch meal (part of our package) was EXCELLENT. Plenty... More

The beach of Prickly Pear was beautiful deserted, like being Robinson Crusoe. The water was incredibly clear and calm, and very shallow making it a good snorkeling site. I don't know if there are ferries that go to the island regularly. We went on a day trip to the island with a catamaran (search for "Winner Touch" on tripadvisor -... More

This is a trip for experienced snorkel people only, as a novice I did not enjoy it at all. over two hours sailing , an hour or so snorkelling with little or no assistance and in sufficient equipment provided. You cannot snorkel in life jackets they are too bulky. The beach was fine , the meal good , but only... More
