I liked everything about this hotel, the service, the foods , the drinks, including champagne in our room. The garden outdoors, simply fantastic, the big pool and the bars. Just fantastic.

Planes you can almost touch, a lounge chair right under the arriving planes with a nice drink in the hand of Sunset Bar & Grill, a beautiful sunset and lots of excellent food of the same Sunset B&G. Lots of entertainment in Maho Village so you won't get bored.

The planes literally do go right over your head. Beach can get a bit crowded though at times. Great beach.

close to resort and could watch the planes come in. Water was beautiful and a good swim beach . Sometimes could be a little rough when planes took off.

This is an interesting activity if you are first time on St Maartin. The beach itself is rather nice and the airplanes make it absolutely spectacular. We were there with a cruise NCL Getaway. The cheapest way to get to the beach from the cruise terminal is to walk to the town of Phillipsburg and then to catch a bus... More

This is a place everyone should visit at least once. It is an extremely busy and crowded place so very difficult to use as a real beach.

I first saw pictures of here in 1969 !! while sitting on my late grandfathers knee and looking at a nat geog magazine. Ever since then have been fascinated with the place. A career in aviation industry installed a bigger desire to get here. So in March 2014 while on a cruise we stopped at St Marteen, guess where I... More

This is where some incredible plane sightings are! From 747s landing what seems 50 feet above your head and then the same planes taking off 40yards away. Beware the jet blast lol

With little else inn the way of attractions this is a great way to spend an hour watching planes come in just feet away as the beach sits at the end of the runways. There is a buzzing beach bar there and the little beach itself is stunning with crystal clear water altho shelves quite steeply. We went to cool... More

My wife and i always thought we are not beach people. The idea of spending our vacation on a beach was the last thing on our minds. However we changed our mind. We started our vacation and we ended our vacation on this beach. We checked out Mullet Bay before quickly coming back to this beach. While the water was... More
