Its white sands are backed by low sandstone cliffs that have been eroded in such a way that they provide a run of small semiprivate coves. « less

Discovered this beach while seeking the sunset. From cliffs above the view is lovely and there are trails around a wild area above the water as well as steep stairs down to a rocky cove. Great spot to watch the sun set. Photos are taken from across the road from the Blue Mall.

We visited two of the Cupecoy beaches in front of the mall area. It was easy to walk to down the various paths and there were few people there. The waves were more intense so my 6 year old could not swim there and her older sister had to be careful to stay close to shore. I think it would... More

Beautiful beach with lots of Rick coves and beautiful photo ops. Parts of it are a nude beach so be forewarned or you can be in for a surprise! And they're not sports illustrated supermodels!

We came here hoping to do a little "scuba diving" ( just the simple mask and flippers) since there was a symbol for it on the map. We arrived and the beach was VERY small, it was really windy, and the surf was pretty rough. Plus you couldn't see very much in the water, so you couldn't scuba dive. The... More

Tell Danny we said hi - this is the best beach on the island. Especially if you want to be out of the crowds. For $15 you can pretty much enjoy the beach chairs and peace and quiet with just a few other people. Danny keeps the drinks coming and it is a wonderful place. SSSHHHHHHH don't share the location... If you can grab a section of beach toward the end of the day, you can experience solitude and peacefulness. We were able to get a quiet little cove and hang out for a couple of hours alone. It was super nice.

I have mixed feelings about this set of beaches...I think there are technically three one with a very narrow set of stairs down to a small beach what wasn't swim able and that had nude sunbathers on the small beach, the second we were dissuaded from visiting, the third was very pretty but only rocks really. The caves there were... More

Cupecoy is a hidden gem tucked over the cliffs. Cupecoy is essentially multiple beaches, separated by rocky patches in between. The southern beaches are accessible just past the Sapphire Beach Club and Resort. While we didn't go to this part of the beach, we were told that they are a little more secluded and can be harder to get to.... More

This beach is wonderful! It is off the beaten path a bit and right up against some scenic cliffs. Make sure you go see Danny at his small hut. He will go out in the ocean with his spear gun and catch you fresh fish and cook it up for you and bring it right to your towel. I ate... More

I visited around Christmas time and was pleasantly surprised how nice this beach was. Many commented how there is almost no beach left, but it must depend on what time of year you go as the beach (while not super long) was quite wide and there was plenty of sand and plenty of room to lay out. it is a...
