Everyone we dealt with was kind and professional. We had Captain Carlos, who did a great job explaining sites and grabbing cool things like sea urchins and starfish and bringing them up close to us to check out. Beer was stocked, beautiful day, all 3 spots we snorkeled were interesting. Crab race was kind of cute and fun. Price wasn't... more

We went on this tour with our 13, 15 and 17 year olds on Thanksgiving Day. We were taken on a thrilling, high speed ride across the Caribbean to three pristine locations where we snorkeled and saw beautiful fish. We were taken aback by the natural beauty of St. Maarten. Captain Paul was engaging and experienced. We loved sitting in... more

We took the clothed option for Captain Alan. Our guide was Carlos and he did a fantastic job of pointing out the islands around us and taking us to the three locations. All were on the french side. We got to feed the fish at one location - excellent! this was a 1/2 day tour which was perfect in the... more

We went with Capt. Alan and 2 other families on his trip 10/27/09. His other boat with Colleen took the "kid-free" adults (we just sort of ended up that way...or did the kid-free adults choose their boat carefully...???:) ). When I booked about a week before I was concerned b/c weather.com was calling for showers all week, but Capt. Alan... more

This was our first time snorkeling and had a absolute blast thanks to captain Alan!! He was so well organized and made sure we all had the best experience ever....which we all did. The ocean was particularly beautiful the day we went. He was so thorough and made sure we saw every detail in the water....from the sea turtles to... more

We had one day in St. Maarten from the cruise ship Explorer of the Seas. Planned this excursion online and had prompt communication over several days with Paul. I was able to pre-plan transportation for us from the cruise ship though Paul. Escort was waiting for us at the pier after getting off of the ship. Colleen was our trip... more

We took this trip in mid June as a party of 8. There were 4 other passengers and three crew. Captain Paul and his beautiful first mate "Kim" were great hosts. The other guy (Alex?) was very quiet, but always hanging back during the snorkeling to make sure everyone was ok, I think. The boat was very comfortable in the... more

My husband and I took this trip the first week of June and loved this tour. This was one of our best days on the island. Captain Alan and Colleen were wonderful hosts/guides! I would love to have their jobs. We've been back home one week and my husband misses the snorkeling. This is definitely a tour not to be... more

We were picked up from our cruise ship and taken to Alan's boat. He and his wife did a great job This is an intimate snorkeling cruise with a few people, not a booze cruise on a giant cat with 50 people. Alan gets in the water and leads the snorkeling at each location so you get to see everything.... more

Captain Alan arranged our transportation from the cruise ship to his dock. We stepped off the ship and found our driver exactly where we were told to find him. The weather precluded the normal tour (rough seas). He offered a full refund - or a plan 'B'. We chose the plan 'B' and had the best time of our entire... more
