The mud bath experience was interesting! If you like mud and want to look 10 years younger, it is a must! More

The tour was more expensive than the mud bath and totally pointless. Don't bother. The mud bath is great, your skin feels amazing and its a lovely fresh thing. More

the springs are marvelous whereas the extra fee for the volcano tour is pointless. . . it lasts 10 minutes and more than doubles the price. Stick to the springs and heal your bug bites, aches, pains and stress More

Really not much to see but the tour was interesting. I didn't like the fact that you are bombarded with vendors from the time you arrive. I like to support local vendors and artists but I don't like to be "harassed" by them. More

Our guide Sammy tried to tell us there was no sulfur smell to the waters or mud. We should have listened and brought our bathing suits. Instead we just dipped in our hands and feet. Sammy told us most locales including him enjoyed the baths regularly. He also arranged for a ranger for us to visit the drive-inVolcano. More

The idea of the attraction is great but the site is smelly, and there are way too many people to make this enjoyable. More

Not much of interest around the sulphur springs and the mud bath was very basic. The change rooms and showers were run down. More

We're driving into a volcano. Boiling springs. Smell of sulphur. I got my video camera charged and ready. Turns out, it was kinda interesting for three minutes. My guide sounded like a recording. From other reviews, I think the guide makes all the difference. As for the mud bath, I took a look at the long line of people waiting,... More

It's on the tourist trail so expect buses full of tourists from the resorts and plenty of guides waiting to take them around. Different prices for doing different aspects, eg most money charged for using the spring fed pools. We didn't use the pools in end, just paid to take ourselves around. We were still told to park the car... More

While it was fascinating to see what looked like a small area of white smoking rock that smelled of sulphur and learn about the significant volcanic activity and potential for future eruptions in the area, it was not worth the $8US from our perspective. Perhaps those more interested in geology would find this a better use of time. More
