The garden tours are provided by volunteers, who work for gratuities, so they are grateful for tips. The garden themselves are magical. There are plants, trees and flowers heralding from all parts of the world. The tour guide for my excursion was "Alexander The Great." He was a lovely man, who was knowledgable about the origins of the plants, was... More

Interesting to see, visit was part of a trip where you take a catamaran down to Soufriere, you see the Pitons, Waterfall, Botanical Gardens and the Drive In Volcano or visit the mud baths

Quick walk up/down a hill with many varieties of tropical plants and trees to see. Waterfall at the top, it is tall, but low flow when we were there. Everyone stops for pics anyway. Small gift shop with some tshirts and trinkets. Right outside the gardens, some locals sell necklaces. Take variety of US $ denominations if you plan to... More

The walk through the gardens was well worth it. Bounty of exotic and colorful plants and flowers. The back drop made for great picture taking of the members that you are traveling with. Very relaxing and easy walk for any age. St.Lucia has been in a drought so the water fall may disappoint some, more of a small water fall.... More

It's worth a visit if you're in the area. Or worth a special trip - we drove from Castries - if you combine it with other tours. We managed to fit in the volcano tour and the Morne Coubaril Estate tour on the same day.

I wouldn't recommend going massively out of your way to see and visit. But if you make it part of a larger tour where you visit several locations then it makes for a great day out. We got a boat from casteries along with a visit to the collapsed volcano and it mad for a great day. The gardens them... More

We had read up on the waterfall and the baths and were expecting something special. What we got was a small walk through a small garden to a set of three pols that are well past their best, for British travellers, think of a 60's lido without maintenance (one of the pools contained green water!). The waterfall was interesting in... More
