It's just a short 10 minutes walk from its "sister" beach of Anse Chastanet that is under the same resort jurisdiction, so it's also quite well kept. It makes you feel a little more isolated as you don't have s much people. The beach is quite scenic with plenty of coconut trees. Overall I consider that it's not better than... More

Secluded little beach that's well kept by the resort. No pressure from the beach guys trying to sell a boat tour, quiet and relaxing. Food and bar available there by the resort. Had a burger there twice. Pricey, as everything in st Lucia is but very good. Very professional and courteous staff. More

For a few hours it felt like we were on our own private beach. We snorkeled, got some sun and enjoyed a great burger at the Jungle grill. More

I took a water taxi from the Soufriere public beach over to Anse Mamin beach for the afternoon. Water taxis are not all the same price, so be sure to check with a few and bargain before settling. I went with a guy who charged me $15 US and was very nice and punctual upon pickup. Another guy was charging... More

secluded, idyllic, quiet, nice swimming. There is a bar and beach grill. it lies of the front of a fascinating old plantation, steeped in history that now has a hiking /jogging trail and a very testing mountain biking trail, loads of fruit trees and interesting remains of the old plantations. More

While smaller and quieter than Anse Chastanet, the beach was rockier and the snorkeling was not as good. More

Anse Mamin is a very nice, small beach just around the bend from Anse Chastenet. It is definitely worth walking to get away from the more 'commercial' beach with the scuba diving boats, water taxis, etc. Too bad we discovered it at the end of our day. More

We used the Jungle Bike Tours company (affiliate of Scuba St. Lucia) and booked a mountain bike/snorkel tour. Mountain biking was fun and somewhat challenging. However, the trails through a 1700s plantation ruins were spectacular. Snorkeling was not great that day because of the tide and the water was too choppy and murky. So instead we hiked to the top...
