Amazing guide, iffy stables.

We pre-booked this excursion prior to our trip to St. Lucia. The location is a bit out of the way, and our taxi driver didn't even know where it was, although he was a little confused in general. The stables are in poor shape and the equipment is worse. As horse owners, My wife and I know what to look... More

Fabulous find! It is an unforgettable experience of a lifetime. Horseback ride right through the "backyard" of St.Lucia towns, then down to Cas-en-Bas Beach (which is the most gorgeous beach I have ever been to or seen since), then saddles off and bareback riding in sparkling salty turquoise water. Fantastic! I can't stress enough to bring your cameras on this... More

To start with, I emailed Trim's twice before we left for our vacation and never received a response. So I was a little hesitant about booking with them. But after looking at all of the other stables and options on the island, they still appeared to be the best and booked them through our resort. (I don't recommend this, because... More

Our hotel, The Landings, arranged for the best riding possible on the island. We saw other riding groups with tons of people and most were walking along the road and looking bored. The Academy was the exact opposite!! They picked us up and took us to a beautiful area on the hill where the Academy is located. 3 of us... More

Every year when I visit St. Lucia, I take a ride at Trims. I am very experienced, owning two horses and I ride all over the world. I must say, that I always love these rides. I went on a special two hour tour of the Northern part of the Island, cantering on the beach, and through beautiful open country... More

We had the best time doing this little horseback ride down to the beach and back. It was so cool to ride a horse bareback while they were swimming. We were a group of four girls and had the most amazing time! Our tour guides were Sammi and Kervon and they showed us the best time. Once you get to... More

We were picked up on time from our hotel and brought to the stable where we were set up with riding helmets. "Cocoa" was our guide and did a great job. We had all abilities of riders and he was good about making sure we all had a great time. Once we got to the beach we all got off... More

We got lost driving around the windy inland on a way to the hike. Kids were tired, we were desperate for something to do. Enter Trim's. I can say this: The folks were very accommodating, giving the kids a ride around the stable a few times even though it outside the scheduled time. Nothing to call home about though.

We had a great experience with Trim's stable. The service was very good from pickup/drop-off at our hotel to personal attention of the guides. Riding bareback into the ocean just before the sunset was the best part - don't forget your camera, the guides will make the pictures of you. A half dozen of kitesurfers riding the waves in the... We went on the horse ride to the ocean. The staff was nice, Mr. Trim and Sam were very nice. The horses were good enough, but seemed emaciated. The beach view was great, but the biting bugs left my left arm and elbow covered in bites (so wear Deet). Price was fine. The really coolest thing on the trip was... More
