This is an untidy but lively street in the centre of Castries. It may not suit some tourists straight off the cruise ships but is fairly typical of the main city in St Lucia. where do i start. there are billions of beggers all over the place. which sometimes gives one no taste to to even pass there.... come people didn't a new medical place open for them to be put there? someone is not doing their jobs

The WP Boulevard has hardly any attraction to offer. But you may have to pass it to reach other sites and shops. It is a place where you are more likely to be approached by beggars and loiterers than elsewhere in the city (at least places most visitors are likely to go). There needs to be a little more order in the town. It should be nicely decorated with local plants and a caribbean flavour
