This is a lovely old building with some bits and pieces in. Some could stretch a visit to 30 minutes. The exhibits are interesting but disconnected other than coming from Barts!

Restaurant has changed hands and is being renovated. Looking at the state of the works it might be ready for Xmas but doubtful.

On the side of the harbor by the Hotel de Ville, the museum offers some views of Gustavia past. Doesn't take much time and worth the effor on a rainy day.

Wondered in and saw most of the exhibits before curator mentioned two euros was expected as a donation. All in French, not very spectacular exhibits, I didn't waste my time but it didn't take more than 4 minutes to wander through

I like history and this is a quirky museum. You need to be able to read French and/or Swedish to understand what is going on, though!

Ugh! I wish that I could say it was more interesting, but it wasn't. I know that the curator put his heart into his work, as I spoke with him at length. But it just isn't ringing the bell. This museum looks more like a yard sale than exhibit. Sorry, but it was a waste of time and money.
