Cool to see a beach (if you want to call it that, with such little sand) so near to the airport. Very amazing to see large airplanes landing or taking off. HOWEVER, it is terribly crowded. The street is very narrow and it's not the best place to let children run and enjoy themselves on the shore.

not the best place to spend a day at the beach. A bit rocky, some sand, nice for swimming and snorkeling and enjoying the view. If you are at the Guanahani Hotel you can sit either on Grand Cul de Sac or on Marigot Beach depending on your mood. You could as well have a room with a great view... More

Small beach, only really good for swimming. The sea turtles appear to swim along with you too making it that bit extra special Parking limited.

We stayed at one of the few villas on Marigot Beach. The beach is very small and narrow, especially at high tide, so there is not much room to sunbathe if you don't have a villa there. There is second nice part of the beach but you have to navigate around a large stand of rocks to reach it. It... More

Well, we did not go far, so we don't know if you have to get deeper to see something? We went there for snorkeling. Supposedly we were going to be able to watch turtles, sharks, etc: Nada! we did not see anything so we left!

My teenage daughter and I snorkeled at Marigot Beach. It's rocky, so be careful. However the rocks are great homes for sea life, so there's lots to see, including puffer fish and sharks. I actually saw what turned out to be a nurse shark only about 8 feet down. Unprepared and at the time not knowing what kind of shark... More

We went to all the beach areas on the island. All were pristine and beautiful.
