Difficult to reach, but this is the best beach on Vieques for snorkeling. It's also fairly private if you want to snuggle with your beloved. If you want to snorkel, go slightly north of the red kiosk. It has rocks fairly close to shore. It's the best beach because it's less likely to be churned up when everything else is... more
